To ensure more active, disciplined, and effective operations across all district and upazila branches of Humanity Lovers Organization, the following guidelines are provided.
Each branch is the foundation of the organization. Therefore, every member must work with responsibility, honesty, and dedication. All branches are encouraged to work in coordination and follow central policies to achieve the organizationâs goals and vision.
đ Weekly meetings must be conducted regularly at scheduled times in every branch.
đ All activities should be carried out with proper planning and approval.
đ Unity, discipline, and mutual respect must be maintained among members.
đ Humanitarian activities such as blood donation, helping the needy, and raising social awareness should be conducted regularly.
đ Updates of all activities must be shared in designated groups or platforms.
đ Any negative or misleading actions that may harm the organizationâs reputation must be avoided.
